The president of Scott Community College has decided to retire. After leading one of the campuses of the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges for five years, Teresa Paper will step down in June.
Doctor Paper became president in 2012, following 7 years as dean of the college.
Prior to that she served on the faculty, and then as dean of instruction, at Allen Community College in Iola, Kansas.
Paper plans to spend more time with family and friends.
The college says a timeline for replacing her has not been determined.
