I-74 Bridge Project: Bettendorf Off-Ramp Change

This week, traffic will change again in Bettendorf due to construction of the I-74 bridge.

On Tuesday night, the westbound off-ramp to Grant Street and US 67 will be closed for a short time. The Iowa Department of Transportation says a crew will re-stripe the area and prepare for the change. Drivers will have to use the Middle Road exit.

Then on Wednesday, the Grant Street off-ramp will be reduced to one lane with a speed limit of 25 miles per hour. This will be the configuration until the after new westbound bridge is built late next year. It will allow workers to continue building bridge piers.
