Three finalists have been chosen for the job of Scott County Administrator. Tuesday afternoon, county board chairman, Jim Hancock, released the names.
They are Gregg Mandsager - the city administrator for Muscatine, Mahesh Sharma who's the city administrator in Raytown, Missouri, and Galesburg city administrator Todd Thompson.
Hancock says the candidates will meet next week with staff and Board members. The three finalists were selected from a field of 36 applicants, from a national search conducted by Waters and Company.
Last December, current county administrator Dee Bruemmer announced she would retire this spring, and the board of supervisors hopes to have her successor on the job by June.
