Bettendorf residents will choose candidates to fill two vacant seats on the city council. They'll vote in a special election tomorrow.
Earlier this year, 5th Ward alderman James Stewart and At-Large Alderman Lisa Brown resigned, creating the vacancies.
Four candidates will be on the ballot in the At-Large race: Frank Baden, Mike Ehlers, Judy Gackle, and Sue Lohf. The two candidates who are competing to finish the term in the 5th Ward are Patty Herzberg and Scott Webster.
Polls in Bettendorf will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.
