"Artist Breaking Through" is the title of this sculpture by Les Bruning from Omaha. It was placed Thursday (8/23) at the I Wireless Center in Moline. It's the latest piece in Quad City Arts' Public Art Program that currently has sculptures on display in Bettendorf, Rock Island, and at the River Center in Davenport.
"Artist Breaking Through" will be in display through next June.
