The man who's ultimately in charge of just about everything that happens on Arsenal Island will visit Wednesday. General Dennis Via is the commanding general of the Army Materiel Command.
The various commands on Arsenal Island all report to AMC, including the Army Sustainment Command, Joint Munitions Command, the Contracting Command, and the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center.
