  • Moline officials plan to be ready for growth when the new I-74 Bridge opens. At an open house Wednesday night, the city, Renew Moline, and the Lakota Group want to hear what residents would like to see after the old bridge is torn down.

  • To help celebrate Martin Luther King's birthday, St. Ambrose University kicked off Civil Rights Week. It began with a silent march from campus to an important site for civil rights in the Quad Cities.

  • Fred Hubbell, Democratic candidate for Iowa governor, will campaign in eastern Iowa this week.
