The lineup for this year's River Roots Live music festival has been announced. Each year it attracts about 25-thousand people to the Davenport riverfront and downtown.
Event director Jason Gilliland says the performance roster has 14 acts including O.A.R., Booker T. Jones, and Guitar Army, and will feature a variety of music from jazz, rock, blues, and R and B, to bluegrass and country.
He says the performers range from newcomers to veterans.
This year's lineup also includes Luke Bell, Main Squeeze, The Stone Foxes, Ghost of Paul Revere, and others. Once again, Rib Fest will be held during the festival.
Tickets are available now, and Gilliland says festival-goers should get them early.
