Even without a federal holiday, the Quad City Airport attracted nearly the same number of passengers last month as in October 2016. Traffic dropped only 1% in October with 31,900 people departing from the local airport. But for the year so far, passenger traffic is down nine percent.

Last month, more passengers boarded Allegiant and American Eagle flights at the Quad City Airport. But fewer passengers flew on Delta and United Express.
