For this weekend's "Big Story" in the Quad-City Times, crime reporter Tara Becker-Gray shares the resolve of the mother of Akeim Hill, a Davenport teenager who was murdered in 2017. The two suspects arrested in his death are teenagers themselves. As Becker-Gray reports, Akeim's death is part of a larger trend of increasing juvenile crime in the Quad Cities.
