Lee County, Illinois' top prosecutor was arrested for driving under the influence. Yesterday morning, Lee County State's Attorney, 48-year-old Anna Sacco-Miller was arrested after she crashed into a parked vehicle.
No one was inside the van when it was hit, while parked on East Fellows Street in Dixon. Sacco-Miller was not hurt.
She was charged with DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Jail records show she was released from the Lee County Jail after she posted bond.
