Forecasters Expect Colder Temperatures for Christmas

Much colder air will arrive this weekend, then stick around for much of next week. Be prepared for an abrupt change from mild weather to bitterly cold temperatures, wind chills, and chances of snow. The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities says the winter weather may affect travel, including road trips and flights at airports in the Midwest. 

Officially, Michelle's title for 28 years was WVIK News Editor. She did everything there is to do in the newsroom and whatever was needed around the radio station. She also served as Acting News Director from September 2023 - January 2024.
