Comparing the Fiscal Health of Iowa and Illinois

Results of the latest study comparing the fiscal health of the 50 states.

A new study compares the fiscal health of Iowa and Illinois, and for Illinois residents it's not a pretty sight. Its ranking of the 50 states puts Iowa at number 28, while Illinois comes in at number 49.
