"Barn Raisers" Premiere

The new documentary by Quad Cities film makers Kelly and Tammy Rundle will premiere this weekend. The Putnam Museum in Davenport will host a showing of "The Barn Raisers," the story of barns in the midwest.

Herb Trix reports.
"Barn Raisers" will premiere Saturday (1/28) at the Putnam Museum in Davenport, at 6:30 pm. A Q and A with the Rundles will follow.

Herb Trix
A native of Detroit, Herb Trix began his radio career as a country-western disc jockey in Roswell, New Mexico (“KRSY, your superkicker in the Pecos Valley”), in 1978. After a stint at an oldies station in Topeka, Kansas (imagine getting paid to play “Louie Louie” and “Great Balls of Fire”), he wormed his way into news, first in Topeka, and then in Freeport Illinois.
