3 Presidential Candidates to Campaign in Iowa, Some Stops Canceled

Presidential candidates, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, and Bernie Sanders, will campaign in eastern Iowa this week. But, some events are canceled today due to winter weather. 

Republican candidate and New Jersey Governor Christie has canceled his visit to Dubuque today. For now, he's still planning to stop in downtown Davenport for a town-hall meeting at the Me and Billy Restaurant, beginning at 5:30.

Tomorrow at 8:30 am, he'll host a meet and greet at Elly's Tea and Coffee in Muscatine, followed by a meet and greet in Iowa City at 11:30 (Historic Hamburg Inn #2), and then a town hall meeting in Cedar Rapids at 5:30. Christie's stops on Wednesday will include Waterloo, Marshalltown, and Waukee. 

Florida US Senator Marco Rubio also canceled a town-hall meeting today, scheduled for Burlington. Tuesday he'll hold a town hall meeting in Clinton at noon, at Rastrelli's, followed by stops in Waterloo, Sioux City, Pella, Newton, and Boone through Wednesday. 

Democratic candidate and Vermont US Senator, Bernie Sanders has two stops planned for tomorrow . At 4 pm, he'll hold a town-hall meeting at Muscatine High School, before campaigning at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport at 7 pm. Sander's Wednesday stops include Burlington, Keokuk, and Ottumwa.
